Five booking types cover almost every dispatch that leaves a plant. If your consignment does not fit any of them, call the desk and we will work it out.

Full truck load

One vehicle, one consignment, door to door.

You book the whole truck and the load goes straight from your plant to the delivery point with no transshipment. We place the vehicle on the date you commit to your buyer, share the driver and vehicle details the moment it is loaded, and hand over the POD and LR copy after unloading.

Part load

Pay for the space you actually use.

For consignments that do not fill a truck, we club your cargo with other loads running on the same lane. You pay by weight instead of booking a full vehicle, which keeps freight cost sensible on small dispatches without holding your material back for days.

Trucks arranged on lanes we do not run daily.

When a lane or a vehicle type falls outside our own fleet, we source it from transporters we have worked with for years. Every vehicle is checked for papers, insurance and driver licence before it reaches your gate, and the rate you get is the rate you pay.

Vehicles kept aside for your monthly volume.

Factories with steady outbound volume can reserve vehicles on a monthly contract. The trucks report to your plant on a fixed schedule, the drivers learn your loading process, and you get one consolidated bill instead of trip-wise invoices.

Over-dimensional loads that need a plan.

Machinery, structures and other consignments that cross normal dimension limits are moved on trailers with the right axle configuration, route survey and permissions. We work out the route, the escort requirement and the permits before the vehicle is committed.

What we need from you to quote

These six details are enough for a firm rate. Anything missing only slows the reply.

Pickup and delivery

City and area for both ends. A pin code helps for remote plants.

Material

What is being loaded, and whether it needs a closed body or tarpaulin.

Weight and packing

Total tonnage, plus box or pallet count for part loads.

Vehicle preference

If your loading bay only takes a certain length or body type, say so upfront.

Placement date

The date the truck should report at the gate, and the loading window.

Billing party

Who the freight bill goes to, and whether it is to-pay or paid.
