How a booking runs
From the first call to the closing invoice, you deal with one desk and one reference number.

Pickup, delivery, material, weight and the date you need the vehicle at your gate.
Get the rate
We confirm freight, vehicle type and placement date in writing, usually the same day.
Vehicle placed
Driver name, mobile and vehicle number reach you before loading starts, with the LR raised on the spot.
Delivery and papers
Status updates on the way, then the POD and LR copy filed against your invoice after unloading.

Every consignment gets an LR number you can check on this website, and the dispatch desk sends a status update at loading, midway and delivery.
Paperwork that closes cleanly
LR copy, e-way bill and POD are filed against the trip, so your accounts team gets the documents with the invoice instead of chasing them later.
A rate that does not move
The freight we confirm at booking is what appears on the bill. Detention or unloading charges are only added when you approve them.
Vehicles and drivers on record
Insurance, fitness, permit and licence details are kept on file for every vehicle we place, whether it is ours or sourced from the market.
