A company built on repeat loads
Most of what moves on our trucks this month came from a shipper who used us last month. That is the only number in transport that really counts.
The office is small enough that the person who confirms your rate is the person who follows the vehicle, and big enough to place a truck on the lanes we run without waiting on anyone.
Since 2014
Gokul Cargo Movers started with a handful of trucks running one lane out of Gurugram. The fleet grew, the lanes multiplied, and the part that never changed is that a shipper can still call one number and speak to someone who knows where the vehicle is.
Today we run our own trucks on the routes that move every week, and source market vehicles for everything else from transporters we have worked with for years. Both go through the same desk, the same rate confirmation and the same document trail, so you cannot tell from your side whether the truck was ours or arranged.
Every trip is entered in our own transport management system the day it is booked. That is where the LR number you track on this site comes from, and where the insurance, permit and fitness dates of each vehicle are kept so nothing expires mid-journey.

You know where the truck is
Every consignment gets an LR number you can check on this website, and the dispatch desk sends a status update at loading, midway and delivery.
Paperwork that closes cleanly
LR copy, e-way bill and POD are filed against the trip, so your accounts team gets the documents with the invoice instead of chasing them later.
A rate that does not move
The freight we confirm at booking is what appears on the bill. Detention or unloading charges are only added when you approve them.
Vehicles and drivers on record
Insurance, fitness, permit and licence details are kept on file for every vehicle we place, whether it is ours or sourced from the market.
Working with us as a transporter
If you own trucks and run lanes we do not, we are usually looking for capacity. We pay on agreed terms against the POD, and we expect valid papers and a driver who answers his phone.
