What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we store the name, company, mobile number, email address and load details you type into the form. We also record the date, your IP address and browser details, which help us identify spam submissions.
Why we collect it
Only to quote your freight and to run the consignment if you book with us. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.
Consignment tracking
The tracking page shows the stage, route and vehicle of a consignment against an LR number. Driver contact details and commercial information such as freight rates are never shown on the public page.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship needs them, and trip records for the period required under tax and transport law. Write to sunildhingra1414@gmail.com if you want an enquiry record removed.
Who else sees it
Our staff, and where a load is moved on a sourced vehicle, the transporter and driver assigned to it. Nobody else receives your details.
Cookies
This website uses one session cookie, which keeps the enquiry form secure while you fill it. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
